Clinical Director, Michael Gass, Ph.D.

Michael Gass, Ph.D., is a California licensed psychologist, PSY 5201, licensed clinical social worker, LCS 1051, and licensed marriage and family therapist, LMFT 3173, and is certified as a practitioner in psychodrama by the American Board of Examiners in Psychodrama, Sociometry and Group Psychotherapy. He provides individual, marital, relationship, family and group therapy and crisis intervention services utilizing rebuilding psychodramatic therapy methods, transactional analysis, cognitive behavioral therapy and other modalities. He provides services to children, adolescents, adults and seniors utilizing various therapeutic methods.

Dr. Gass also provides crisis intervention services in the Southern California area for R3 Continuum whose offices are located in Wyoming Michigan. 
Dr. Gass is the developer of Rebuilding Therapy and author of the book, Rebuilding Therapy: Overcoming the Past for a More Effective Future, published by Greenwood Publishing Group, Westport, CT, 1997. He is in the process of writing a second edition. Dr. Gass has many years of experience in the mental health and chemical dependency fields. He also has experience providing psychological, organizational, leadership management and executive coaching services in business and industry. Dr. Gass has also worked as a sports psychologist. He has had his own cable television psychology program and talk radio psychology programs, has been a guest on television and radio programs, and has been quoted in the print media a number of times. Dr. Gass regularly conducts workshops and seminars, makes presentations and gives speaking appearances.

Denise Gass, LMFT 21099, is a California licensed marriage and family therapist, #LMFT 21099, with many years experience in the mental health field providing individual, marital, relationship, family and group therapy and crisis intervention services utilizing rebuilding therapy methods, cognitive behavioral therapy and other modalities. She works with children, adolescents and adults integrating various therapeutic skills. In addition, she integrates her experience as a special education teacher with her work with children and adolescents.
